The board is looking into more secure and lower maintenance backstops for the 15 and 25 yard pistol bays as well as possibly some of the 25 yard rifle bays.  The leading candidate incorporates angled 1" steel plates with a sand catching bullet trap. This  configuration will be more secure and allow for easier lead mining for our lead recycling program.  Stay tuned for more details as this plan is fleshed out.
